COSMETIC ACTIVE BASE, COSMETIC FORMULAS AND PREPARING PROCESS

Abstract:

The present invention relates to a cosmetic active base, cosmetic formulas and their preparing process, intended to the skin treatment and care.
To obtain the cosmetic active base and cosmetic formulas in the present invention the "I" and "S" structured waters (according to the US Patent 5,846,397) are associated with propylene glycol, hydroalcoholic or aqueous extracts, as such or lyophilized from seven plants containing active principles, purified coniferous resin three natural oils and vitamins A and E, for attaining a high moisturizing and softening effect, a higher degree of compatibility with the skin, an increase in skin elasticity, and photoprotective, antiinflammatory, regenerative and nourishing actions as well.
The cosmetic active base and cosmetic formulas in the present invention have a good cutaneous tolerance and hence, they can be used for long even on sensitive skins, having a good time stability and a good skin absorption capacity, the normal respiration of the sking being not obstructed.
The use of "I" structured water and purified coniferous resin result in an antibacterial action and hence the employment of a lower quantity of chemical preservatives, making cosmetic formulas more compatible with the epidermic tissue.
By combining "I" and "S" structured waters with compatible natural active principles and according to the examples given in the present invention, new cosmetic formulas can be obtained proceeding from a common base such as: cosmetic formulas intended for body care as for instance: make-up removers, tonic and cleaning lotions, massage creams, hand creams, emollient creams for lips, peeling creams, moisturizing creams, oily, normal and dry skin masks, after shave gel, skin soothing gel, anticellulitic gel, after depilation soothing gel,etc.
