A NATURAL PRODUCT FROM CERTAIN FIR AND PINE SPRUCE RESIN AND ITS PREPARING METHOD -BIOCON

Abstract:

The coniferous resin, known for a long time in the popular medicine, has been processed on an industrial scale, for the first time, in such a way as to keep all the properties of the natural resin-meaning the one coming out the inside of the tree, unoxidized and impurified, including tree bark,soil, leaves,grass etc.
The developed technology aims at obtaining a purified, standardized,reproductible product with distinct therapeutical properties.
The product obtained in this way consists of resinic, triterpene purified acids up to 80% of the total and essential oils having a well standardized rich content in active principles, up to 20%. Parmaceutically and chemically tested in topical products, it has an outstanding disinfecting, healing, film-forming effect, being protective and normaly restitutive for the epithelium tissue.
